PhotoCore 1.2 adds face recognition that runs entirely on your Mac. Combine it with the quality filter and any moment of the day is a couple of clicks away, in this wedding or one from three years ago.
Filter by people count
"Exactly 2 people" isolates the couple. "More than 5" jumps straight to the tables and the dancing. Combine either with a text search.
@mention a person
Name the bride once from a few sample shots, then search "@bride getting ready" and every matching frame appears. Face detection is off by default.
Stack the quality filter
Sort any group or people search by on-device quality score, so weak frames drop to the bottom while you review.
Delete face data after delivery
Deliver the gallery, then delete that wedding's face data in one click, or everything older than a date. GDPR-friendly, and no face data ever leaves the Mac.

Frequently asked questions
Does PhotoCore edit or cull RAW files?
No. It finds and groups images. For develop and retouch, keep using your editor.
Can it read my existing wedding folders?
Yes. Point it at the same folders your editor uses, with no copying and no conflicts.
How does the grouping work?
PhotoCore reads each image on device and groups by visual meaning. You can also type the moments you expect, and it arranges them into those groups.
Will my clients' photos stay private?
Yes. Nothing is uploaded. All processing happens on your Mac.
Can I find every photo of the bride or the groom?
Yes. Turn on face recognition, name the person from a few sample shots, then search "@bride getting ready" or filter by people count. Matching runs on your Mac and nothing is uploaded.
Can I delete face data after delivering a wedding?
Yes. You can delete face data for one person, for everything, or for everything older than a date. One click covers a delivered wedding, which keeps the archive GDPR-friendly. No face data ever leaves the Mac.
